Jasmine is a bright-eyed and alert Lab mix female who’s age is hard to determine. Based on her teeth, one vet thought she was about 5 years-old but her energy level suggest she’s much younger–about 2-3. She came to us from an overcrowded county dog pound where there was an overabundance of black dogs. Large black dogs have the hardest time finding a home as people often overlook them at shelters and on rescue websites so Jasmine was at the shelter for several months before coming to Canine Lifeline. She was quite shy and timid when she first got to the shelter but there’s nothing shy and timid about her now. Jasmine is very outgoing and sociable. She’s crate-trained and there’s a good chance she’s housetrained too. She gets along great with other dogs of all sizes and would make a great walking or jogging buddy. Jasmine weighs about 50 pounds and her adoption fee is $150. Please email Barb at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in Jasmine.
All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Prior to adoption all of our dogs are neutered/spayed, are heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up-to-date on vaccinations, wormed, and on flea and tick preventative.
