Azul-ADOPTED!

Azul is a lovely little 5 year-old Chihuahua who found herself homeless at an overcrowded county dog shelter and made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she would have more time to find a perfect new home. She is a very sweet little dog who has gotten along well with all dogs she’s met so far. She also seems to enjoy meeting new people. Azul has been very quiet and well-mannered in her foster home and has exhibited none of the nervous, skittish behavior that some of fellow Chihuahuas have. She loves treats and posed beautifully for her photos. She seemed to enjoy all the attention that was lavished on her! Azul keeps her crate spotless so may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee that. She’s going to make a fantastic companion for someone who loves little dogs. Azul weighs about 7-8 pounds and her adoption fee is $200. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Azul. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. All of our dogs come to us from county dog pounds so we have no history on them. We also have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 4-5 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
