Meet Lance, one super-cute chunky 3-4 year-old Beagle mix male with very short legs. Maybe some Corgi in his family tree? Lance came into an overcrowded county dog shelter as a stray so we have no history on his previous life. This little cutie has been a real gentleman in his foster home and is eager to begin the next chapter of his life with a new family. Lance gets along very well with other dogs but might be fine as the only dog in the home too. He loves meeting people and always has a wagging tail and big smile for his human friends. Lance loves to nap on his cozy bed after playtime is over. He walks nicely on a leash so would love a home where he could balance daily walks around the block with plenty of couch time. Lance met the resident kitties at the vet clinic and didn’t seem at all interested in them. Lance weighs about 18 pounds and his adoption fee is $200. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Lance. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 4-5 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
