Scooby-ADOPTED!

This adorable little 1-2 year-old guy is Scooby, a mix of Shih Tzu and Chihuahua according to the county dog shelter that he came from. We think he might have some Spaniel in the mix too as he has really cute freckles on his face. Scooby was very frightened at the shelter and not likely to get adopted there so he made the trip to Canine Lifeline so he could relax in a foster home while he searches for a permanent new home. Since he’s come to us, Scooby has been very friendly and social with both people and other dogs. He has excellent crate manners so may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. Scooby would make a great little walking buddy as he’s got the energy to keep up with the big dogs. He can’t wait to settle down in his new home and start having lots of fun with his new family. Scooby weighs about 15 pounds and his adoption fee is $200. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Scooby. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 4-5 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
