Betsy-ADOPTED!

Talk about a natural in front of the camera! Betsy is an adorable 2 year-old Terrier mix female who flashed her best smile during her photo session. This little scruffy girl has loads of energy so is going to need a home where she gets lots of exercise and playtime. She is no couch potato but will snuggle once she blows off some steam. Betsy loves playing chase with other dogs so would enjoy having a canine pal in her new home to have some fun with. We don’t have any history on his girl as she came to us from an overcrowded county dog shelter although it appears that she was adopted several months ago from there and recently returned. Perhaps she proved to be too much of a little dynamo for her family. She will thrive in a home where she can go on lots of walks and hikes. She definitely has the stamina to keep up with the big dogs! Betsy has done well with crate-training and housetraining in her foster home so should settle easily into both in her new home. Betsy weighs about 15 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Betsy. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
