This little cutie is Maybelle, a 1 year-old Pug/Cocker mix female who is all puppy. She was found as a stray and brought into a shelter but wasn’t claimed so made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she would have more time to find the perfect new home. On Maybelle’s wish list are lots of toys, a cozy bed, a canine pal, and humans who have lots of time to spend playing with her. She can be a little shy and reserved at first but give her about 10 seconds and her inner puppy starts to emerge. Maybelle loves to play and is so entertaining to watch. She can do the zoomies with the best of them! Maybelle will need to work on crate training and housetraining in her new home but with patience and consistency should soon have them mastered. Maybelle weighs about 12 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Maybelle. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
