Winter is a good-looking 6 year-old Cattledog/Lab mix male that was adopted from us in 2014 and recently returned. His previous owner passed away. He was very much loved and well cared for but unfortunately now needs a new home. He has a winning smile and a great personality. Winter is very dog-friendly and, according to the shelter he originally came from, is cat-friendly too. He has excellent crate manners and is likely to be housetrained. Like most dogs, He loves to go for walks and will make a fantastic companion for one lucky family who wants a dog that’s over the silly puppy stage.
Winter weighs about 61 pounds and needs to go on a weight loss program, as his ideal weight should be around 35-40 pounds. His adoption fee is $200. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in Winter.
An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs.
