If you love Beagles, you’re going to love our Annie. This very friendly and outgoing 4-5 year-old girl was adopted from us several years ago but recently returned because of issues with the cats in the home. There are no cats in her foster home so we can’t assess her behavior with cats here but, to be on the safe side, we do want to place her in a kitty-free home. Annie absolutely loves other dogs so would certainly enjoy having a canine buddy or two in her new home. She’s also very fond of her human friends so might be fine as the only dog in the home provided her new family has plenty of time to spend with her. Annie does well in her crate and should be able to pick up the housetraining routine in her new home with ease. She loves going for a walk and, since she enjoyed a few too many treats in her new home and not enough exercise, she would love a family who can help her stick to her diet and exercise program and get down to her ideal weight. Annie weighs about 32 pounds but is trying to achieve her goal of 25-27 pounds. Her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Annie. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
