Chihuahua lovers need to meet our little Bambino, a pint-sized 2.5 year-old boy with a cute bobtail and very impressive ears. Bambino came into an overcrowded county dog shelter as a stray so we have no history on his pre-shelter life but he’s been a little gentleman since coming to Canine Lifeline to find himself a great new home. Bambino gets along well with other dogs but hasn’t shown much interest in playing with his fellow foster dogs. He might be fine in his new home as an only dog provided his family has lots of time to spend with him. Bambino LOVES mealtime and has a hearty appetite for such a little guy. He is probably going to need some work on housetraining in his new home. He does well in his crate but does like to get outside about every four hours or so during the day. Bambino is going to be a great little buddy for a lucky little dog afficionado. Bambino weighs about 7-8 pounds and his adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Bambino. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
