Bebe-ADOPTED!

Meet Bebe, an adorable 4 year-old Pug who’s kind, gentle, and very affectionate. She was an owner surrender at an overcrowded county dog shelter with another small dog and both came to us so they would have time to relax in a foster home while searching for permanent new homes. We don’t know what Bebe’s previous life was like but it seems her previous owners were using her for breeding as she has had at least several litters of puppies. Those days are now behind her as Bebe is spayed and ready to become someone’s pampered pup for the rest of her life. She gets along very well with other dogs but doesn’t necessarily need to have a canine companion in her new home. Bebe would likely be fine as an only dog provided her family has lots of time to devote to her. She keeps her crate spotless in her foster home and loves snoozing on her comfy blanket after playtime is over. Bebe may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee that. We do suspect though with consistent guidance from her new family that she should pick up the house rules readily. We’re really looking forward to seeing Bebe living the wonderful life she so deserves in her permanent new home. Bebe weighs about 13 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Bebe. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 72 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
