If you love underbites as much as we do, run–don’t walk–to your computer to submit an application for our little Bella! This 3 year-old Puggle along with her charming underbite found herself homeless at an overcrowded rural county dog shelter. To give her the best opportunity to live a long, happy life, she made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she could take her time finding her new home where all of her fine qualities will be appreciated. Although Bella is estimated to be about 3 years-old, she still has lots of puppy silliness about her and can be quite a character. She makes lots of silly expressions and is sure to keep her new family entertained with her antics. Bella walks quite well on a leash and loves to explore outdoors with her nose to the ground. She tends to get distracted easily so is working on focusing on doing her business outside quickly when on a walk. That’s a work in progress and will need to be continued in her new home. Bella has been working on crate-training in her foster home and doing well with that. She gets along well with other dogs so would likely benefit from having a canine buddy in her new home to show her the ropes. This girl is a doll for sure and can’t wait to live the life of a very pampered pup in her new home. Bella weighs about 29 pounds and her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. Bella has had a recent dental cleaning so now flashes a puppy-like smile! As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Bella. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.

Bella is the dearest little dog. Her pictures don’t do her justice; she’s so much cuter in person and her playful personality doesn’t come across in her pictures.
She’s such a happy, friendly little girl and as her bio says, she can be delightfully silly.
Bella does well on the leash and is fun to walk with. She’s a real sweetheart.
I spent a few hours with Bella at a recent adoption event; we had a great time. She was her typical playful self. She was so friendly with everyone and loved being the center of attention. Bella got along well with other dogs visiting the event. She was curious about some of the cats that were there, but not in an aggressive way. With her puppy looks and personality, people guessed she was much younger than her stated age.
Bella would be fun addition to any loving family.
Bella is a sweet little goofball. Her beagle side shows through clearly when she is out on the leash, where sniffing is job #1. She is an endearing little girl.
