Brownie

Brownie is an adorable 9 month-old Min Pin/Pug mix with a super-cute underbite and loads of charm and charisma. This little guy was surrendered to an overcrowded county dog shelter along with his sister Lily. We don’t know what caused them to lose their home but both made the trip to Canine Lifeline to make a fresh start. Just like his sister Lily, Brownie is a truly delightful little dog. He enjoys meeting new people as well as other dogs and has been a friend to all. He and Lily love wrestling together so anyone looking to adopt a pair of fun-loving little dogs might consider this duo. If he’s not living with Lily, Brownie would likely enjoy having a canine buddy in his new home but would also do well as an only dog provided his family has lots of time to spend with him and make sure he has loads of fun every day. Brownie walks nicely on a leash and will sit for a treat after some coaxing as he would much rather “dance” for a treat as you can see in some of his pics. He has a cute “smile” which he didn’t flash for the camera but is another of his very endearing qualities. Brownie has had excellent crate manners and may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. He’s going to make a superb companion for one very lucky person or family. Brownie weighs about 16 pounds and his adoption fee is $400. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Brownie. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
