This super-cute and lovable 7 month-old pint-sized pup is Buttercup. This little girl looks like she might be a mix of Beagle, Chihuahua, Min Pin, and Doxie with maybe a little Spaniel thrown in for good measure. Since she came to us from a county dog shelter, we don’t know for sure what breed mix she is but she is one adorable little lady. Buttercup is 100% puppy. She loves everyone she meets—people and other dogs as well and is always ready to play. Buttercup is working on crate-training in her foster home and doing well with that. She has also been working on her leash skills as that seemed to be a new experience for her when she arrived here with us. She does tend to like to spin around and act silly on walks but with daily practice in her new home, she should soon have the whole process under control! Buttercup wanted to play during her photo shoot so it was little tough to get great pics of this cutie. She’s a fun little pup who’s certainly going to be a great joy for her new family. Buttercup weighs about 10 pounds currently and her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Buttercup. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.

Buttercup is a friendly active little pup. I’m pretty sure her first day at Canine Lifeline was her first time walking on a leash. Practice makes perfect and that’s all she needs. I can tell this is a puppy who will always want to be at her owner’s side. She will be a great companion.
