Carrie-ADOPTED!

Carrie is a beautiful 6 month-old pup who looks like the perfect mix of Beagle and German Shepherd. She was an owner surrender at an overcrowded county dog shelter so made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she could enjoy life in a foster home while searching for that perfect new home. We don’t know what circumstances led to Carrie losing her home but she has been the perfect guest in her foster home. She plays nicely with her fellow foster dogs, has excellent crate manners, and is very affectionate with her human friends too. Carrie would enjoy having a canine buddy in her new home but might also be fine as the only dog provided her family has plenty of time to spending exercising her and playing with her too. She loves to play tug of war with her fellow foster pups and then settles down nicely in her crate for a nap after playtime is over. Carrie weighs about 23 pounds currently and we expect she will be in the 40 pound range once full-grown. Her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Carrie. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
