Chase-ADOPTED!

This very handsome 6 month-old scruffy boy is Chase, a Schnauzer/Aussie mix male or at least that’s our best guess. Chase has a unique look with his scruffy coat, bobtail, and very interesting markings. He’ll turn a lot of heads when he’s out for a walk. His adopters may want to do a DNA test on Chase so they have a ready answer for ‘what kind of a dog is that??” Chase is still a puppy so loves to play, play, play the day away! He loves to wrestle and play chase with other dogs so would really enjoy having an active canine companion in his new home. Chase can be very mouthy when he plays with his human friends so is going to need some obedience training to channel all of that puppy energy into a positive direction. He does settle down nicely in his crate for a snooze after playtime is over so should do well in a home where he can get lots of exercise each day. Chase would not be happy left alone for long workdays so will need a family whose schedule allows time for a puppy. Chase keeps his crate clean so should pick up the housetraining rules quickly in his new home. He weighs about 24 pounds and his adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Chase. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so won’t place any of our dogs in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 72 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
