Meet Delilah, a beautiful 12 week-old pup who looks like a mix of Basset Hound (with her short legs and knobby knees!) and German Shepherd. That’s just a guess of course as this little lady came into an overcrowded county shelter as a stray so we have no history on her. From the shelter, she made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she would be able to enjoy life in a foster home while searching for a permanent new home. Delilah is a super-sweet pup who loves being held and cuddled. She enjoys wrestling and roughhousing with her foster pal Tabitha too so would enjoy having another canine pal in her new home. As a pup, she will need a family who has lots of time to spend with her. She’s eager to learn and be the best pup she can be. Delilah weighs about 13 pounds now and we expect she’ll be 40-45 once she’s full-grown. Her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Delilah. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
