Diamond is a beautiful 2 year-old Mountain Cur mix spayed female with a pretty brindle coat. She came to Canine Lifeline to work on finding herself a wonderful new home after her previous owners couldn’t keep her and she was surrendered to a county dog shelter. We don’t know what her previous life was like but Diamond has proven to be a kind, gentle, and very sweet dog. Her photos were taken shortly after her arrival and she was apprehensive of the camera. She has relaxed a little more each day she’s been with and now greets all her human friends with a smile and wagging tail. Diamond has gotten along well with all the other dogs she’s met since coming to us and seems to enjoy engaging in games of chase and wrestling with her fellow foster dogs. She has been very quiet and well-mannered in her foster home—keeps her crate spotless and may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. Diamond also walks very nicely on a leash and rarely pulls when she’s out for a walk. This girl is a true gem and is going to make an outstanding companion for one very lucky person or family. Diamond weighs about 46 pounds and her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Diamond. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
