This handsome pup is Fredo, a 10 week old boy who looks to be a mix of Shepherd and Lab. This kiddo was found as a stray and brought to a shelter but no one claimed him. From there, he made the trip to Canine Lifeline so he could enjoy life in a foster home while searching for the perfect new home. Fredo is a BIG solid puppy with large paws that he’ll be growing into. He’s a typical sweet, loving, and playful boy who has been sharing his foster home with fellow pup Colt. They spend their days playing and wrestling so Fredo would definitely like to have a playful canine buddy in his new home to keep him busy. Fredo is doing well on crate-training and should pick up the house rules quickly in his new home with some patient and consistent direction. He’s got a great disposition and loves snuggling with his human friends in between playtimes. Fredo is not sure about a leash yet but with some daily practice he should start realize that a leash means going outside for some fun! If you’ve got the time and energy for a pup and room in your home for a large dog, you’ll want to meet our Fredo! Fredo weighed 17.5 pounds on 2-17-19 and we expect he will be 60+ pounds once full-grown. His adoption fee is $350. He’s neutered, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Fredo. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 72 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
