This beauty is Hannah, a 1 year-old Black Lab mix female with a slim build. She came to us from an overcrowded county dog shelter so we have no history on her previous life but Hannah has impressed everyone who’s met her with her sweet and friendly disposition. When she visited our vet for her check-up, she couldn’t stop hugging and snuggling with the vet. In fact she didn’t want to leave! She makes fast friends and, other than jumping up a bit for more loving, she has been very well-mannered. Hannah loves playing with other dogs so would enjoy having a canine pal or two in her new home. She has done well with her crate-training in her foster home and may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. For a youngster, Hannah walks quite well on a leash and, with daily practice, will soon be walking like a pro. She’s the kind of dog who would be a great running or hiking buddy too. Hannah weighs about 56 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Hannah. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
