Say hello to Jazzy, a friendly and outgoing 5-6 year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix (maybe some Pointer in the mix too?) spayed female. Jazzy is an energetic girl who acts more like a 2 year-old dog than a 5-6 year-old. She was adopted from a shelter in December but recently returned to them. We don’t know what circumstances led to Jazzy being back at the shelter but from there, she made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she could take her time finding the perfect new home. Jazzy loves people and makes friends very quickly. Once she bonds with someone, you’ve got a friend for life. Jazzy gets along well with other dogs but would likely be fine as the only dog in the home provided her family has lots of time to spend with her. She’d be a great walking buddy for someone who wants to get outside everyday for some brisk walking. Jazzy has excellent crate manners and is likely to be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. Once she’s done with her walk and playtime, Jazzy is content to settle down in her crate for a siesta. Jazzy weighs about 25 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Jazzy. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
