Jordan

Jordan is a very handsome 1 year-old Setter/Spaniel mix male with a fantastic disposition. We don’t have any history on this boy as he came to us from an overcrowded county dog shelter but we’ve been very impressed with him since he’s been with us. Jordan is a kind, affectionate, and very loving dog who makes friends with everyone he meets, other dogs included. He does very well with the other dogs in his foster home but hasn’t been one to play rough and tumble with the others. Jordan might do fine as the only dog in the home as long as his family has plenty of time to spend with him. He met the resident kitty at the vet clinic and didn’t show any real interest in her so might be fine in a home with cats. He has had excellent crate manners in his foster home and may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee that. Jordan would make a great walking, jogging, or hiking buddy for his new family. He’s eager to learn so working with him on obedience should be a rewarding experience. Jordan weighs about 40 pounds and his adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Jordan. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 72 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
