Lovely Lacey is a very sweet and kind 2 year-old Beagle/Terrier mix girl who came to us from a rural county dog shelter about a week before she was due to deliver pups. Upon arrival, she went to a foster home where she gave birth to 9 (yes, 9!) pups. Lacey was an excellent mom and did a great job raising her pups (7 males and 2 females) but is now ready to be someone’s pampered pup for a change. Her pups are in foster homes now and will be ready for adoption toward the end of January. Lacey gets along very well with other dogs and makes friends easily with all people that she meets. She keeps her crate spotless and may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. This little lady can’t wait to experience how wonderful a dog’s life can and should be once she finds her permanent home. Lacey weighs about 19 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Lacey. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
