Lars is one of a litter of seven adorable 9-week old Lab mix pups—2 girls and 5 boys–who came to us from a shelter. Their mom was reported to be a Yellow Lab who had a litter of unwanted pups. Their dad remains a mystery but all of the pups are various shades of chocolate with the exception of Elsa who is a lighter color. All of them including Lars have the prettiest eyes. These cuties are typically sweet and playful pups. Lars spends his days playing with his siblings in his foster home. When playtime is over, he enjoys some snuggle time with his human friends. Puppies are lots of fun but also lots of work so please make sure you have the time and energy to devote to a pup before submitting an application. Lars is ready to start crate-training and housetraining in his new home so will need a family who is able to let him outside every 2 hours or so during the day as he works on his house manners. He weighs about 8 pounds currently and we expect he’ll be in the 50 pound range once he’s full-grown. His adoption fee is $350. Lars is neutered, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Lars. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children less than 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
