Lincoln is a very handsome 10-12 week old pup who came into an overcrowded shelter as a stray along with his three sisters. As they were likely abandoned, it wasn’t a surprise when they weren’t claimed at the shelter. From there, they made the trip to Canine Lifeline so they would be able to get lots of TLC in a foster home while searching for loving permanent homes. The sending shelter labeled this litter as Cattledog mixes but we think little Lincoln looks more like a Shepherd/Lab with his pretty markings. He’s a typically sweet, kind, and loving puppy but will need someone who has the time and energy to train and socialize a youngster. Lincoln is not housetrained yet but has been working on using pee pads in his foster home. He weighed 11.5 pounds when he was neutered on 2-19-19 and we expect he’ll be 50-60 pounds when full-grown. His adoption fee is $350. He’s neutered, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Lincoln. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 72 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
