Little Bit-PENDING

Little Bit is one outstanding puppy! This sweet, lovable, and very handsome 4 month-old Retriever/Shepherd mix male came to Canine Lifeline via a shelter after his owner died and Little Bit and his buddy Bandit were left without a home. We don’t know what type of life Little Bit led previously but he is a very well-socialized and smart boy who has impressed all of us since his arrival. Little Bit loves playing with other dogs so would certainly enjoy having a canine buddy in his new home. He settles down nicely in his crate for a nap once playtime is over and has had excellent crate manners. We think he will be able to master the house rules quickly in his new home with some consistent direction on the part of his new family. Little Bit walks nicely on a leash for a kid and is a quick study so should excel in obedience class. For a youngster, he has been quite well-mannered. Little Bit is going to be a delight for his new family and we look forward to seeing him thrive in his new home. He wouldn’t do well left alone for long workdays so will need a family who has plenty of time to spend with him. Little Bit weighs about 24 pounds currently and we expect he may be 60+ pounds once full-grown. His adoption fee is $375. He’s neutered, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Little Bit. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
