Meet Midnight, a very kind and loving 1-2 year-old Lab/Shepherd mix female who came to Canine Lifeline from an overcrowded rural county shelter to find a new home. We don’t have any history on her life before she came into the shelter but she has proven to be a real sweetheart in her foster home. Midnight can be a little shy at first meeting new dogs and people but it doesn’t take her long to warm up and make friends. She has done very well with crate-training and hasn’t had any accidents in her foster home so should pick up the housetraining routine quickly in her new home. Midnight has a cute polka-dotted tongue. She can’t wait to experience how wonderful a dog’s life can be with a great new family. Midnight weighs about 45 pounds although she is a little thin and working on gaining a few pounds. Her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Midnight. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
