Puggle fans, meet Nugget! This little 1 year-old lady has it all—great looks and a wonderful personality. She found herself as a stray at a rural county dog shelter and made the trip to Canine Lifeline once her stray hold was up so she could take her time searching for a permanent new home. Nugget has been an absolute delight in her foster home and has made fast friends with all people that she’s met since coming to us. She gets along well with other dogs too but seems to really enjoy human companionship even more. Nugget might do fine as the only dog in the home provided her family has lots of time to spend with her. She loves to snuggle with her humans and does like to jump up for attention but is working on keeping all four paws on the ground. Nugget keeps her crate spotless and is likely to be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. She loves going for a walk and looks forward to exploring her new neighborhood along with her new family. Nugget will be a great walking buddy for someone who wants a small canine companion. Nugget weighs about 18 pounds and her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Nugget. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
