Odie-ADOPTED!

Odie is a very handsome 9 month-old Border Collie/Sheltie mix male who came to Canine Lifeline with his twin brother Milo. Both dogs were saved from a high-kill county dog shelter by a neighboring humane society and, from there, made the trip to Canine Lifeline so they would have more time to find great new homes. They get along great with each other as well as all of the other dogs that they’ve met. They don’t need to be adopted together but you would definitely have your neighbors think they were seeing double if you brought these two boys home. Odie is a little bigger than his brother Milo and is a little more confident in new situations. He is a very kind and gentle dog who has excellent crate manners and has yet to bark in his foster home. Odie was very interested in the kitties at the vet clinic so might be a little too intense for a home with cats. He currently weighs about 27 pounds and his adoption fee is $200. Odie and Milo can be adopted together for $350. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Odie. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 4-5 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
