Say hello to Pepper, a 3 year-old Boston Terrier mix girl with a scruffy coat who is the very definition of cute! This wonderful dog was found as a stray along with her puppies and taken to the local county dog shelter in February. She raised her pups in a foster home and they were all adopted at the shelter. Pepper is now spayed and made the trip from the overcrowded shelter to Canine Lifeline so she can take her time finding the perfect new home. This girl is a real doll and has a delightful disposition to match her good looks. Pepper makes fast friends with people and has been great meeting other dogs as well since coming to us. She can be a little vocal when excited so apartment, condo, or townhouse living might not work for her. Pepper has done well in her crate since coming to us and is likely to be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. She’s a playful young dog who’s eager to experience another puppyhood now that she’s finished raising her own pups. Pepper can’t wait to start having lots of fun adventures in her new home and is going to make a fantastic companion for one very lucky person or family. Pepper weighs about 26 pounds and her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email if you’re interested in Pepper. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
