Meet Polo, a very charming 7 month-old Spaniel/Corgi mix male with a winning smile, gorgeous coat, and loving disposition. This little guy came into an overcrowded rural county dog shelter as a stray and made the trip to Canine Lifeline so he would have more time to find the perfect new home. Polo is all puppy and loves playing chase and wrestling with his fellow foster dogs. He would really enjoy having a canine friend in his new home. Polo has kept his crate spotless in his foster home so should pick up the housetraining rules quickly in his new home. As a youngster, he would do best in a home where his family is not gone for long workdays and has plenty of time to spend playing with him and working with him on his canine good citizen skills. Polo weighs about 16 pounds currently and his adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Polo. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 7 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
