Quinn-ADOPTED!

Quinn is an adorable and super snuggly 12 week-old Terrier mix pup whose breed mix is truly anyone’s guess. She’s got a soft wispy coat that is reminiscent of a Wheaten Terrier pup but there are probably lots of other breeds in her family tree. A true All-American mutt, the very best dog there is! Quinn and her three siblings were found in a ditch about a month ago by someone picking up trash on the side of a rural road. They must have been abandoned there and were immediately taken to the local shelter. After spending a few days in a local foster home, the pups made the trip to Canine Lifeline so they could enjoy life in another foster home while searching for their permanent new homes. Quinn’s foster mom reports that she is the most sensitive of the four and is always ready to snuggle with her foster mom once playtime is over. She has been working on housetraining in her foster home and catching on quickly to the routine. Quinn needs a family who is home much of the time so she can get outside every hour or so during the day to reinforce good house manners in her new home. She cannot be left alone for long workdays. Quinn and her littermates have been learning the sit and down commands in their foster home and are eager to learn lots more in their new homes. They are smart pups who are going to excel with lots of TLC and structure with their new families. Quinn weighs about 12 pounds currently and we expect she will be 50-60 pounds once full-grown. Her adoption fee is $400. She’s spayed, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations for her age including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Quinn. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
