Sonny-ADOPTED!

Meet Sonny, a very active and energetic 9 month-old Terrier mix who’s all puppy. He was saved from a high-kill county dog pound by a neighboring humane society and from there made the trip to Canine Lifeline so he would have more time to find a new family. We don’t have any history on Sonny but someone must have worked with him in the past as he does know the sit command. He also has excellent crate manners for a youngster so may be housetrained too although we can’t guarantee it. Sonny is no couch potato and is going to need a family who has the time and energy for a young dog. He gets along well with other dogs so would benefit from having another playful pup in his new home to keep him occupied. Sonny would benefit from attending an obedience class with his new family so all of that puppy energy can be channeled in a positive direction. Sonny weighs about 27 pounds and his adoption fee is $200. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week trial period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Sonny. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. We have no foster homes with young children so aren’t comfortable placing any of them in a home with children less than 4-5 years of age. We try to respond to inquiries within 48 hours so if you haven’t heard from us within that time frame, please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
