Tillie is a beautiful 2 year-old Beagle mix who based on her black and tan markings may have a bit of Min Pin in her family tree too. This sweet girl came into a county shelter as part of a hoarding situation. We don’t have any details on what her situation was like in that home but she is ready to put the past behind her and move forward with a loving new family. Tillie has lived with dogs before and does fine with them. She would likely also be fine as the only dog in her new home so she can soak up all the attention possible from her human friends. Tillie has done well with crate-training since she’s been with us so ought to be able to pick up the house rules quickly in her new home. She does quite well on a leash and will certainly enjoy daily excursions in her new neighborhood. Tillie posed like a complete pro for her photos so is hoping those adorable puppy dog eyes drawn you in! She weighs about 21 pounds and her adoption fee is $350. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Tillie. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
Tillie-PENDING

This cute little girl with big brown eyes is a sweetheart. As the photos (above) reflect, she very much enjoys being held and cuddled and it’s likely she would happily stretch on your couch, if she is permitted to do so.
Tillie walks well on leash and would be happy to take long walks with her new family, making new friends along the way.
She would be a wonderful addition for any loving family.
