Titan is a gorgeous 1.5 year-old Yellow Lab who was surrendered to a shelter by his owner who could no longer care for him. We don’t know what circumstances led to Titan losing his home but he has been an absolute gem since coming to Canine Lifeline to find himself a great new home. Titan has been friendly with everyone he’s met—both people and other dogs. He’s got a happy-go-lucky attitude and is a very agreeable guy. Titan is likely to be housetrained although we can’t guarantee it. He is working on crate-training in his foster home but isn’t really a fan of his crate so would prefer a home in which his family is home much of the time so he doesn’t have to spend long workdays alone. For a big guy, Titan walks quite well on a leash and also knows some commands. He will sit for a treat and likes to give a high-five with both paws as you can see in one of his photos. Titan enjoys toys of all kinds and likes to shower his human friends with lots of kisses. He play well with his fellow foster dogs so would probably enjoy having a canine pal in his new home. Titan weighs about 60 pounds now but is thin and is working on gaining about 10 more to be at his ideal weight. His adoption fee is $250. He’s neutered, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized.
