Meet Zoey, an absolutely gorgeous 1 year-old whose breed mix is truly anyone’s guess. She’s got the long coat and markings of a Border Collie or Spaniel with the long body and short legs of a Basset or Corgi. She’s a true Heinz 57 and a very pretty one at that. At 30 pounds, she’s not very big and is easily picked up if need be. Zoey came to us as a stray from a county dog shelter so we have no history on her previous life. We have found her to be a very friendly dog who gets along well with people and other dogs too. She has excellent crate manners so should be able to master the house rules in her new home fairly quickly. Zoey walks well on a leash and is looking forward to daily walks with her new family. She’s a fun-loving dog who is eager to find herself the perfect new home where she can start having lots of great adventures. Her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email info@caninelifeline.org if you’re interested in Zoey. An approved application is required before we schedule meets with any of our dogs. Please note that we don’t place our dogs in homes with children under 7 years of age. We correspond via email so please check your junkmail or spam folder to make sure our reply hasn’t landed in there.
